1. Making your hand sketch to professional drawing.
2. Designing a detail, you need or imagine.
3. Designing a floor plan from an outline drawing you give me.
4. Planning and Redesigning your home, office, school, mixed use, clinic, hotel etc.
5. I will convert PDF or image drawings to Auto cad.

7. Site plan, SECTION, ELEVATION, detailing drawing.

Very poor communication or didn’t want to own up to what we agreed on, had to push to get 3D renders, have multiple screenshots supporting my side, had to take a hardline to get what I asked for, wasted about 3 ) hours just going back and forth to get what was promised. He rushed the order and only finished 1/2 to meet his timeline.
