Can I order anything using this gig or only PHP and Framework related projects?
This gig is ONLY for the Core PHP and PHP based Frameworks projects. For any other technology like Magento, WordPress and such, we have different gigs set up. Please review them, contact us and I’ll get back to you.
Is hosting included in the gig? Do you offer any plans?
The hosting is NOT included with the gig. You must have a valid hosting with a domain purchased and we can upload the work there. Yes, we do offer the hosting service. Please contact us and we will share our hosting plans which you can choose from.
What information do you require to start the work?
We will need FTP, SSH, Domain pointed towards the current server and CMS page contents.
Do you include the Admin panel in the gig offered?
Yes, the admin panel is included in the full website creation gig. It’s not included in the Bugfix gig plan.
What would be the delivery time?
The delivery time would be 5, 7 and 10 business days respectively for Basic, Standard & Premium plans.
Do You Deliver faster? Is there any extra cost?
Yes, we do deliver faster in 3 days or basic, 4 days for Standard & 6 days for the Premium plan. The quote for the same can be found in Gig Extra ($35 for Basic, $250 for Standard, $440 for the Premium gig)
Is the custom work included in the gig?
There is no custom design or structure work added in the gig. If there is a requirement for any specific custom design or structure, please contact us and I’ll share an accurate quote with you.
I have Bugs! What information should I provide to solve them?
Don’t worry! I’ll be able to assist. To make sure I can reproduce the issue, please share the steps/actions with (if possible) screenshots or a video showing the steps & the issue reproduced.
What will be my website design? Can I choose any design?
Before the order, we will show you design screenshots to choose. The template will be predefined HTML and we will work on the template you choose from our list. For Custom Design, please contact us to get a customization quote.
Will you add the content on my website? Will you create the content if I don’t have any?
Yes, we can add the content on the website we create. You must provide us with content. Apologies but we do not create the content. If there is no content available, We will add the dummy content - “Lorem Ipsum”.
