How does the communication process work between us?
We only use Fiverr for communication. Steps we follow: 1) You can contact us with detailed requirements in the inbox. 2) Will review and provide time and cost estimation or discuss open points. 3) After your approval, I will send an offer. 4) After accepting the order, I will start work on tasks.
What information required to provide a quote or start the task/project?
We require Admin, FTP, and SSH root access. For Bug: 1) Development or Staging or Production environment access. 2) Steps to reproduce the bug. For New or Improvement features, 1) Detailed scope document. A screenshot or screencast would be helpful for quick communication.
Should I order directly or contact you first?
I highly recommend contacting me before ordering so I can provide you with a personalized quote. If ordered directly, we may have to add order extras (if required)
What would happen If the gig is ordered directly?
We highly recommend to contact us first. If the gig is ordered without discussion, and we will review the requirement and the task is not covered in the Gig or is a high-priced task or require more time, you must order the gig extra.
Silver vs Gold vs Platinum Packages
Silver: includes 1 hour of work. Gold: includes 40 hours of work (weekly hire). Platinum: includes 160 hours of work (monthly hire). Note: Requirement which requires more than mentioned package hours will have an extra cost.
What are your work timings and availability?
We work and are available from Monday to Friday, 10.00-19.00 IST (UTC +5.30). We do not work on weekends unless it's an exceptional case.
Do you work with Team Viewer or Screen Sharing?
Apologies but we do NOT work with Team Viewer or any screen sharing software.
Do you have your own server? Are you working directly in a production environment? Does downtime require?
We don’t provide server-related services. So, We highly suggest cloning the production environment and preparing the staging/development environment on the same or different server. So project work will be done on other staging and final deployment will require a few min. Or NO downtime.
Do you provide support after completing the order?
Yes, We provide 2-week support after completing the order (assuming no one else has worked or no changes are made in the work done).
