In my experience working as a B2B sales closer and lead generation specialist, I’ve seen how many businesses lose deals simply because their support and follow-up systems are not structured properly. This project was a great example of that. The client was an online service-based business receiving a steady flow of inbound leads, but they were struggling to manage conversations, respond on time, and convert those leads into paying clients. A lot of opportunities were slipping through the cracks due to disorganised workflows and lack of proper tracking. From my previous work handling CRM systems and sales pipelines, I identified that the main issue was the absence of a centralised support system connected to their sales process. I stepped in to restructure their help desk workflow, organize incoming requests, and align their customer support with their sales funnel. I also introduced better follow-up strategies and simple tracking metrics so they could clearly see where leads were dropping off and how to improve conversions. Within a short period, their response time improved, engagement increased, and they started converting more inbound leads into actual clients. This project reflects my hands-on experience in sales closing, CRM optimisation, and building systems that turn conversations into revenue.
