FAQ
How do I know if my site needs performance optimization?
Common signs include: slow page load times (especially on mobile), a failing Core Web Vitals report in Google Search Console, high bounce rates, dropping search rankings despite good content, or a site that "feels sluggish" when clicking around. If any of these sound familiar, an audit will confirm
Do you need admin access to my site?
Yes — WordPress admin access is required for all packages. Server/hosting access is needed for Standard and Premium if server-level changes are involved.
Will this work with my hosting provider?
Yes, I work with most hosting setups (shared, VPS, managed WordPress). Some hosts offer more caching flexibility than others — I'll flag any limitations during the audit.
What if my site doesn't improve after the fix?
The Basic audit shows you exactly what's slowing your site down before you commit to implementation, so you know what to expect. For Standard/Premium, I provide before/after Lighthouse scores so results are measurable.
Can you guarantee 100/100 on Core Web Vitals?
I can't guarantee a specific score, since some factors (theme, page builder, third-party scripts) are outside full control — but I focus on sustained, real-world compliance with Google's thresholds (LCP, CLS, INP), not just a lab score.
How long does the full process take?
Delivery times are 2 days (Basic), 4 days (Standard), and 7 days (Premium) — but larger or more complex sites may need a custom timeline, which I'll confirm before starting.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance after the project?
Not included by default, but I offer a 30-day extended monitoring add-on, and can discuss an ongoing arrangement separately if you need continued support.
