I will design cnc ready mechanical parts with dfm and solidworks

About this gig
Getting a CAD model is one thing. Getting a design that's ready for CNC machining is another.
I design CNC-ready mechanical parts and products using SolidWorks, with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) built into every project. Whether you're developing a new product, refining a prototype, or preparing files for production, I'll create accurate models that are practical to machine and easy for your manufacturer to work with.
What I can help with:
- CNC-ready mechanical design
- SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling
- DFM (Design for Manufacturing)
- Mechanical parts and assemblies
- Product design and redesign
- Technical drawings
- Manufacturing-ready CAD files
You'll receive clean, organized files with careful attention to dimensions, tolerances, and manufacturing requirements. My goal is to reduce unnecessary revisions and help move your project from concept to production with confidence.

FAQ
What information do you need before starting my project?
Please provide a sketch, reference images, dimensions, existing CAD files, or a brief description of your idea. If your project has manufacturing requirements, material preferences, or CNC process specifications, include those as well.
What file formats can you deliver?
I can provide SLDPRT, SLDASM, STEP, STL, IGES, DXF, DWG, and PDF files. If your manufacturer requires a different format, let me know before the project begins.
What does Design for Manufacturing (DFM) include?
DFM focuses on creating designs that are practical to manufacture. Depending on your project, I consider machining methods, part geometry, assembly, tolerances, and other production requirements to help reduce manufacturing challenges.
Are the designs suitable for CNC machining?
Yes. I create CAD models with CNC manufacturing in mind. If you have specific machine limitations, tooling requirements, or material constraints, I'll incorporate them into the design whenever applicable.
Can you redesign or improve an existing mechanical part?
Yes. I can modify existing CAD models, improve manufacturability, update dimensions, optimize designs for CNC machining, or prepare parts for production.
