Anna war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation lief während des Prozesses gut und der Text wurde schnell geliefert. Leider entsprach der Outcome jedoch nicht dem gewünschten qualitativen Anspruch. Der Text enthielt viele lange Sätze und war sehr umständlich formuliert. Letztendlich musste er von einem anderen Copy Writer finalisiert werden.
