Freelance data and AI work for small businesses and teams. - Power BI report makeovers: brand theme files, KPI-first layouts, clear titles and friendly field names, with key totals checked against the source so numbers don't change. - Excel: spreadsheet templates sold on Etsy under DataBenchCo, plus formula and VBA automation for recurring reports. - AI assistants: built a support desk demo that drafts answers from a knowledge base, sends decisions to a person for approval, and was tested on held-out tickets before shipping.
