Please provide architectural floor plans with a graphic scale and dimensions (PDF or DWG format). If available, include finish schedules, typical wet area/waterproofing details, and specifications for exact material references.

You will receive: (1) Color-coded Bluebeam PDF markups showing every measured room and zone, and (2) An organized Excel summary sheet with active formulas. I support both US Imperial units (sq ft, LF) and Australian/International Metric units (m2, lm).

I calculate quantities for tiles, carpet, hardwood/timber, vinyl/LVT, and laminate. The takeoff includes floor areas, perimeter skirting/baseboards, transition trims, and substrate underlayment requirements where specified.

Waterproofing takeoff covers horizontal floor areas and vertical wall turn-ups (flashing/upturns) across internal wet areas (bathrooms, laundries) and external zones (balconies, flat roofs, planter boxes), strictly following your drawing details and building codes.
