Do you provide Revit or Lumion files?
No. Due to intellectual property reasons, I only provide DWG files upon order acceptance.
Do you handle council submissions?
No, I provide the design documentation only. You or your planner must handle council communication.
What if I don’t know the rules in my area?
If you're outside Australia, you must provide planning/code references. For small projects in Australia, I can help check basic compliance.
Can you design projects outside Australia?
Yes! Please provide your local planning and building codes. I design according to your regulations but do not submit permits on your behalf.
What is included in the volumetric studies?
Volumetric studies are simplified 3D block models illustrating building form, scale, and spatial relationships—mainly for multi-unit or larger developments (Standard and Premium packages).
Are the residential floor plans detailed?
Yes, the Basic package includes detailed architectural floor plans with proper room layouts, suitable for single-family homes and small renovations.
What size projects do your packages cover?
Basic: Up to approximately 4,300 sq ft (400 m²), typically residential homes. Standard: Up to approximately 10,800 sq ft (1,000 m²), small to medium developments. Premium: Larger than 10,800 sq ft, suitable for multi-unit or complex proposals.
Do you provide construction-ready drawings?
Construction-ready permit drawings are not included in this gig but are available through my separate Permit Documentation gig.
How do you incorporate sustainability in your designs?
