I'm Antonella Pintado, a qualified architect with 8+ years of experience in
Argentina, New Zealand, Australia, and the US.
Basic Package: 5 Parametric Mid-Century Revit Families (Revit 2016). Only here are Revit files delivered. These are ready-made families and cannot be customized.
Standard Package: 1 custom Mid-Century Revit Family based on your reference image and approximate dimensions. Suitable for furniture or simple architectural elements. Please provide a clear image or reference of what you need and any available dimensions.
Premium Package: Custom Revit modeling of a small space, such as a kitchen, with Modern Mid-Century inspired design elements. Please provide reference images, complete dimensions, layout information, and materials/finishes. The space must be sufficiently defined before modeling begins.
All custom families and models are created in Revit 2016.
Please note: I will review your reference before accepting the order to confirm that it can be appropriately modeled in Revit. Some highly detailed or complex furniture may not be suitable for Revit modeling.

What do I need to provide for a custom family?
Please provide a clear reference image, approximate dimensions, and any relevant details about the element. I’ll confirm whether it fits the package before ordering.
What do I need to provide for a kitchen or space?
I’ll need the complete dimensions, layout, reference images, materials/finishes, and any relevant design information before modeling begins.
Can you create families in a different style?
This gig focuses on modern and Mid-Century inspired elements. For other styles or specific requirements, please contact me before ordering.
Which Revit version do you use?
All families and custom Revit models are created in Revit 2016.
Can you make changes to an existing family?
No. I only create new Revit Families from the information and references provided. I do not modify or edit existing families.
Do you provide the Revit file?
Yes. After placing the order, I will first provide a PDF preview of the completed family or model for you to review. Once you confirm that everything is correct and accept the delivery, I will provide the editable Revit file directly through the Fiverr chat.
