Do you need my real financials to start?
Ideally yes: two to three years of accounts including the balance sheet, plus your budget if you have one. If you are pre-revenue, we build from your operating assumptions instead and I state clearly which numbers are assumptions rather than history.
Will I be able to use the model after delivery?
Yes. You get the native Excel file, not a PDF or a locked sheet. Labelled inputs, documented conventions, no hidden tabs. You can change an assumption and rerun it without me.
What if my business does not fit a standard template?
Then a template is the wrong answer. The model is built around your revenue drivers, whether that is subscriptions, installed units, contracts or projects. Tell me how you actually make money and the build follows from that.
Do we need a call?
I work from a short written brief, which keeps every scope decision on record and works across time zones. If something needs faster back and forth, we can use a shared document.
Can you work in French or Spanish?
Yes. The workbook and the written note can be delivered in English, French or Spanish, and I can work from source documents in all three.
