FAQ
What invoice types can you process?
PDFs, scans and phone photos (JPG, PNG), sent by email, Drive or upload. Clear scans work best, so send a sample first.
Which fields can you extract?
Supplier, invoice number, dates, tax, totals and currency. Standard and Premium add line items. Tell me your column layout.
How accurate is it?
It depends on scan quality and layout. I test on your real samples before delivery, and anything unclear is flagged in a “Needs review” tab instead of being saved silently. No tool is 100%, so I recommend a quick human check on flagged items.
Can it catch duplicate invoices?
Yes
Can it connect to QuickBooks or Xero?
Yes, when your account allows API access. Message me first for ERP or custom systems.
Is my financial data safe?
I never need your passwords. I ask for limited-access invites or test accounts, and I can start with sample or anonymized invoices. Documents are processed by the OCR or AI service used in the workflow, and I’ll tell you which one before we start.
Do I need paid accounts?
Possibly (n8n or Make, OpenAI or OCR usage). I’ll tell you before I build. Those fees aren’t included in my price.
What happens after delivery?
You get a walkthrough and documentation. Ongoing monitoring and updates are quoted separately.
