FAQ
What information do you need to get started?
I will need collaborator access to your Shopify store or staff permissions to access the theme code. Please do not share your main account login credentials.
Can you fix my issue without breaking live store sales?
Yes! I always work on a duplicate theme draft first, test all changes thoroughly, and only publish once you approve the results.
How fast can you start?
Usually the same or next day. Quick fixes are delivered in 24 hours once I have collaborator access.
Can you also improve my store's speed?
Yes. The Speed & Multi-Fix package includes a Core Web Vitals audit and optimization of images, scripts, apps and Liquid code.
