What file formats do you accept?
I accept Excel files (.xlsx, .xls where compatible) and CSV files. Please tell me if your file uses unusual formatting or contains multiple sheets.
What is included in the Basic package?
Basic covers one file with up to 100 rows, basic formatting, standardization and removal of obvious duplicate records. Complex transformations are not included.
Can you work with more than 1,000 rows?
Possibly. Please send a short description of the file and the result you need so I can assess the scope before accepting the order.
Do you create macros or advanced automations?
Advanced VBA, scripts, integrations and complex automation are outside these packages. They require a separate scope review and may not be accepted.
Will you change my original file?
I will work on a copy where practical and deliver the cleaned output separately, preserving the source data unless we agree otherwise.
What do you need from me?
Please attach the file, describe the desired result, identify important columns and explain any rules for duplicates, dates or categories.
How many revisions are included?
Basic includes one revision; Standard and Premium include two. Revisions cover adjustments within the original agreed scope, not new tasks or a different project.
Can you guarantee error-free data?
I will check the work carefully, but I cannot guarantee that ambiguous source data or missing information can be corrected without your guidance.
Do you handle confidential data?
I treat project files as confidential and ask you not to send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Please anonymize data where possible.
Can you provide a dashboard or report?
Yes, the Standard package includes one simple summary report or chart, while Premium includes a simple dashboard with key indicators.
