She didn't follow my directions on the page content. I had to request multiple revisions and grammar corrections. The work was completed and paid for in March of 2026. In August of 2026, I received an inquiry because I didn't accept delivery. It took her five months to notify me I didn't sign off on the work. That is poor business practice.
