Yes. I can prepare architectural and construction drawing packages according to the information provided and the requirements of your local jurisdiction. Please provide your city/state before ordering.
2. What types of projects can you work on?
I can assist with new houses, ADUs, home additions, renovations, garage conversions, basements, decks, patios, porches, sheds and other residential projects.
3. Can you redraw my hand sketch or existing plan?
Yes. I can convert hand sketches, old blueprints, PDFs, images, measurements or existing drawings into professional CAD/Revit architectural plans.
4. Do you provide structural drawings?
Yes. Structural scope can include foundation plans, framing plans, roof framing, beams, headers, structural details and calculations when required.
5. Do you provide electrical, plumbing and HVAC drawings?
Yes. Complete MEP plans can be included depending on your project's permitting and construction requirements.
6. Can you revise drawings according to city comments?
Yes. I can review municipal correction comments and revise the drawings accordingly. Revisions within the agreed original scope can be accommodated; major scope changes may require an additional fee.
7. Which file formats will I receive?
