Do I need to contact you before placing an order?
Yes. Please contact me before ordering so we can discuss your website requirements and make sure the right package is selected.
What do I need to provide before you start?
Please provide your website requirements, content, images, logo/branding (if available), and WordPress/hosting access where required.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Yes. Your website will be fully responsive and designed to work across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
Do you build ecommerce websites?
Yes. I can create WordPress e-commerce websites using WooCommerce, including products, shopping cart, checkout, payment, inventory and shipping functionality.
Can you redesign an existing WordPress website?
Yes. I can improve or redesign an existing WordPress website. Please contact me first so I can review your requirements.
Will I be able to edit the website myself?
Yes. WordPress makes it possible to manage and update your website after delivery, including text, images, pages and products.
Do you provide the domain and hosting?
Yes. I can provide domain registration and hosting for your website. If included in your package, the initial registration and hosting period will be specified before the project begins. Future domain and hosting renewal costs are the responsibility of the client and will be explained in advance.
Do you provide website content and images?
Clients are welcome to provide their own text, images and branding. If required, I can use suitable royalty-free images, placeholder content and create a custom logo for your website. Please let me know your branding and logo requirements before the project begins.
Do you provide post-launch support?
30 days of post-launch support is included. This covers minor fixes related to the original website build, with full support terms clearly explained at the start of the project.
