About this gig
I design a reliable n8n workflow tailored to your process. I map triggers, branches and data transforms, then run the logic with sample data inside n8n to validate paths and edge cases.
You add your own credentials in your n8n instance; I provide a clean workflow file without embedded keys and a clear hand over guide with setup, test steps and privacy notes. On request I include EU hosting pointers and GDPR conscious design decisions.
Typical building blocks: forms, CRMs, mail, spreadsheets, webhooks and APIs. I support error handling, rate limits, retries and structured logging where applicable.
Important limitations: I only work with n8n. No automation on platforms that forbid it, no social network scraping, and no personal data list building. Connections to your services are only tested together after you add credentials on your side.

What do you need from me to get started?
Your goal in plain words, the apps and APIs to connect, example inputs and outputs, and any process rules. Please also share your n8n version and environment details.
Will you need my passwords or API keys?
No. You add all credentials directly in your own n8n. I supply a workflow file without embedded keys and we test connections only after you add them.
Which services can you integrate?
Any n8n native nodes plus HTTP Request for custom APIs, common tools like forms, CRM, email, spreadsheets and webhooks. I only work with n8n, not Make or Zapier.
Are there any restrictions?
Yes. I do not build automations on platforms that forbid automation, I do not scrape social networks, and I do not create personal data address lists.
Do I need to share personal data?
No. Please share only business-related information, ideally anonymised samples. I never need your personal passwords.
Can we communicate in German?
Ja, gern. I am based in Germany and happy to work in German or English. / Ich arbeite auf Deutsch und Englisch.
