I will help you organize and optimize your logistics data costs and operations

Are your logistics costs growing and hard to control? Is your operations data scattered across emails, invoices and spreadsheets?

I'm a Logistics & Transportation Manager with 15 years of experience in international trade, from wine exports to multinational food and commodity trading (AJC International, Bunge). I negotiate with forwarders, carriers and suppliers, manage customs and compliance, and design processes that keep operations running smoothly.

What I can help you with:

• Reviewing your logistics and operating costs and finding savings
• Organizing your logistics operations and data
• Choosing and negotiating with forwarders, carriers and suppliers
• Organizing import/export processes, including documentation.
• Creating clear SOPs and KPIs for your team
• Building custom tools to track and optimize your operations (larger projects quoted separately)

Ideal for growing businesses without a dedicated logistics team.

Please message me before ordering so I can make sure this is the right fit for you.
