I am a professional structural engineer based in Coventry, UK.

I work with Residential/Commercial building renovation projects and provide structural solutions in accordance to UK Building Regulations for Building Control Office approval. I provide both PI Insured service and non-insured service as well which is to be discussed as cost differs for both.

My services are categorized as:

Architectural Service

I will provide Planning permission drawings, existing and proposed floor plans, sections, elevations, block plan, site plan as per BC requirement.

Building Regulations

I will provide complete building regulation drawings package.

Structural Calculations

I will prepare structural calculations report with structural layout drawing including necessary structural details for below services.
