Is it possible to develop site in multiple language?
I will use English language by default. If you want multiple language please also purchase both "Multiple Language Option" and "Language Pack" extra from the GIG.
Do i need to provide PSD/HTML template?
It will better if you provide HTML template. If you do not have that then we (i and you) will select a template from themeforest or other marketplace. If you provide PSD then you have to purchase "PSD to HTML" extra from the GIG also.
What file you (arafatkn) will deliver?
I will give you full source code and database schema and other required documentation if you need. I will deploy the application in your server if you want.
