Yes, I can provide drawings and details as required. To keep costs at a minimum for all parties, sketches and markups are more common on architectural drawings.
Will you discuss the project with the builder?
Yes, I am happy engage with the builder / contractor and if required review the design / scheme to suit, if alternative methods are preferred (given it is in accordance with building regulations and safe).
Will you undertake site visits?
On request - yes. Certainly useful for more complex schemes. Based in Sheffield, so costs are to be considered.
