Service:
3D structural modeling in Autodesk Revit, using the version required by the client and based on the provided structural design.
Deliverable:
- Accurate 3D structural Revit model, developed according to the selected LOD and project requirements. The model will include the level of detail required for the selected LOD.
Requirements:
- Structural drawings, sketches, PDF, CAD files, or other reference documents.
NOTE:
This Gig includes 3D BIM modeling only. Technical documentation, drawings, structural design and calculations, quantity takeoffs, or other additional deliverables are available at an additional cost.

I only provide 3D modeling based on the structural design provided by the client. I do not create or calculate the structural design.
What documents do I need to provide for you to start?
You must provide sketches, structural design documents, or PDF/CAD drawings that clearly show the intended structure.
Do you include structural details and 2D drawings?
Yes, I include structural details, sections, and plan views according to the project's complexity.
Will you provide quantity takeoffs?
Yes, quantity takeoffs for all modeled structural elements are included.
