I will convert your 2d floor plan into rendered 3d floor plan

If you have a 2d drawings of a floor plan which you need to be modeled in 3d I can do that for you. I will give it to you in 300x300 resolution jpg file or in any other image format you prefer. $5 for a simple/single floor plan. You have to give me specification of what materials/colors to be used or i'll be the one to decide it.

Take note you have to order a couple of times
-if there will be any major changes,
-if you want it in a higher resolution,
-more than 3 additional views -more than 3minor revisions
-if you want the 3d model in max or skp file.
-more than 200sqm floor area
