  1. Source files are NOT included. If needed, the source file fee is charged at the same rate as the corresponding rendering (PER IMAGE). Please message me for a custom offer.
  2. Changing the camera angle / perspective is considered a modification exceeding 50%, and will be charged as a NEW image ($400 per additional angle).
  3. Standard packages are for projects up to 100 sq.m (Basic), 100-500 sq.m (Standard), and above 500 sq.m (Premium). For very large projects, please message me for a custom offer.
  4. Each package includes 1 specific camera angle. Providing multiple reference photos does NOT mean multiple free renderings.
  5. Minor revisions only cover color, lighting, and small texture adjustments. Any layout changes or modifications exceeding 50% require a NEW order
  6. Please provide CAD drawings, sketches or reference images to begin work. Delivery time excludes delays caused by missing or incomplete client materials
