- Formal training: A.A.S. in Architectural Drafting & Design, Portland Community College (2025). - Clients include the Missing Middle Housing Fund, Elemental Building Technologies, The Design Department Inc., and Mahonia Northwest. - I design and build as well as visualize. I am also an active developer and Revit designer. - My development company is delivering one of ten units at the housing innovation village in Newberg, OR (HIVE), so our renders reflect how buildings actually get built. - Our Revit-to-Blender pipeline turns BIM models into photoreal imagery without rebuilding the geometry. - Past work on multidisciplinary architecture and engineering projects (Jackola Engineering & Architecture, Enscape and Lumion) means I know what architects and engineers need in a presentation. - Our work supports real investor and public presentations. I have prepared multiple marketing and visual asset packages to be used in both public and private events.
