Do I need to know n8n?
No. I build, test and hand it over with a video walkthrough. You only need to know where your documents arrive and where the data should go.
Can it read scanned or photographed documents?
Yes, with an OCR step before AI extraction. Accuracy depends on scan quality, which is why I ask for samples before you order.
What happens when the AI isn't sure?
The workflow flags that field for review instead of saving it. You approve or correct it, so bad data doesn't reach your records.
Are AI and n8n subscription costs included?
No. You pay your own AI API usage and n8n plan (or free self-hosting). I'll estimate monthly running costs before we start.
Which systems can you send the data to?
Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, most CRMs, databases, or any tool with an API or webhook.
