About this Gig
I format your existing Word documents into clear, consistent business documents.
For consultants, trainers, small businesses and administrative teams: reports, internal procedures, onboarding packs and training guides.
Basic: 1 document, up to 5 pages. Fonts, spacing, headings and PDF export.
Standard: up to 15 pages. Basic plus heading styles, page numbers, automatic table of contents and up to 3 simple tables.
Premium: up to 30 pages. Standard plus a cover layout and up to 6 simple tables or supplied images in total.
All packages include an editable DOCX and PDF. A page means up to 300 words; both page and word limits apply. Cover, contents and tables count within the allowance.
Provide your finished text, editable DOCX, logos/images you may use, and a style example or brand guide. French and English documents are welcome.

What files do you need and what will I receive?
Send an editable DOCX with finished text and any logos/images you are authorized to use. I deliver an editable DOCX and a PDF. Scanned or locked PDFs, OCR, and recreating documents from images are not included.
How are pages and tables counted?
One page allows up to 300 words. Basic: 5 pages / 1500 words. Standard: 15 pages / 4500 words. Premium: 30 pages / 9000 words. Both limits apply, including cover and contents. Simple tables or supplied images count within the page limit; complex layouts need review.
Do you write, translate or correct the content?
This is a formatting service for content you provide. I do not write the document, translate it, fact-check it or provide legal or academic content review. French and English documents are supported. Please provide final text before work starts.
What does a revision include?
A revision adjusts the agreed layout on the same content: fonts, spacing, headings, pagination or table appearance. New chapters, rewritten text, extra pages, new assets or a different design direction are outside the original scope.
