I will do api integration, connect your apps and automate your workflow

About this gig
A sync that creates duplicates is worse than no sync.
A worked example from my portfolio, run twice: 47 orders read, 46 contacts
created. Run it again - 0 created, 1 patched because a customer changed their
email, the CRM still holding 46. An order with no email was skipped and named
in the report, not guessed at.
API integration and workflow automation:
- Two apps connected so a change in one updates the other, automatically
- Zapier, Make and n8n workflows, including the steps their builders can't do
- Webhook endpoints that receive, validate and act on incoming data
Regularly connect: Stripe, Shopify, HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, Slack, Google
Sheets, Gmail, WooCommerce.
I never ask for your password. You create a scoped API key and revoke it when
the job is done - I'll tell you which one to make and what to switch off. Keys
live in environment variables, never in the code I hand you.
Tested against your real account, not a mock, with a setup guide for whoever
maintains it.
Tell me the two tools and what should happen between them. I'll tell you free
whether their APIs actually support it - including when the answer is no.

FAQ
Do you need my passwords or logins?
No, and please don't send them. You create a scoped API key or a test account, I use only that, and you revoke it when the job is done. I'll tell you exactly which key to create and what it needs access to. Keys go in environment variables, never in the code I hand you.
Can my two tools even be connected? I don't know if they have an API.
Send me both names and I'll check for free before you order. Most modern tools have an API or webhooks, some only export CSV, and a few can't be automated at all. I'll tell you which of those three you're in - including when the answer is no.
Do I have to pay for Zapier or Make?
Only if you want to. Their monthly fee scales with how many tasks you run, so for anything high-volume I'll usually write it as a small script instead - no subscription and no per-task cost. If you already use Zapier and like it, I'll build it there.
What happens when the API changes and it breaks?
Tokens expire and APIs get versioned - that's normal, not a fault. If it breaks in the first 14 days because of something I wrote, I fix it free. The 30-day support extra covers the other kind: the service on the other end changes and the integration needs updating.
The tool I use has no API at all. Is there anything you can do?
Sometimes. A scheduled export, an email parser or a browser automation can bridge a tool with no API, and I'll say when one of those fits. What I won't do is bypass a login that isn't yours or a system built to block automation - I'd rather turn the job down.
