Built a subtitle toolkit web app: SRT/VTT/ASS converters, sync fixer, merger, splitter and cleaner. Fully client-side so files never get uploaded. Goal: Build a complete suite of free image tools that run entirely in the browser - no uploads, no servers, instant results. I designed and developed a production web platform with 30+ working tools: image compressor, format converter, resizer, background remover, metadata inspector, QR generator, and more. Built with Astro and Tailwind CSS, processed client-side using Canvas APIs, and deployed on Cloudflare Pages with global CDN, custom domain, SEO structured data and sitemap. Challenge: keeping every tool fast and private without any backend. Solution: fully client-side processing - files never leave the user's device. Outcome: live at toolboximage.com with real daily users, near-perfect PageSpeed scores, and zero hosting costs.
