TERRIBLE!! I initially contacted this seller from their alternate account @georgia_rae1 on Fiverr for a sewing pattern correction. I ended up sending the original pattern PDF to the seller via email since the file was too large. Via email, the seller asked me to pay them outside of Fiverr SEVERAL times....
