·         Implemented remote SQL Server and Ms Access database access using ASP/COM and VB.

·         Integration with Microsoft Great Plain Application worked with Finance department.

·         Develop system to automate all operations and activities of Watches brought in for repairs right from the desk of receptionists to the final inspection and delivery of Watches to customers. The system generates estimates for customers, job cards for workshop staff and technicians, and once the job is finished and inspected, cashier prints invoices. Invoices are generated according to parameters based on the cost centers. For example, the system can track parts to be charged under warranty whereas labor cost is charged to the customer.

          Developed application initially in Microsoft Access, then upgraded to ASP on the web.
