I am satisfied with Ariful's final delivery, but getting there took much work. Ariful has the skills and knowledge to assemble a formula and a fact sheet, but the process could have been smoother. I tried to communicate what I wanted with a lengthy message, but he didn't need to read them thoroughly....

This vendor waiting until the last day, then sent us a formulation that had NOTHING to do with our request... and that was after we went back and forth with him several times before placing the order to ensure he had all the details. I'm shocked that this vendor is even allowed to be on this platform.
