FAQ
Are local travel and shipping costs included in the price?
No. Packages only cover my service fee. For on-site tasks, additional expenses like subway fares, event tickets, or international shipping must be paid fully by the buyer. Please contact me before ordering so we can calculate these costs and include them in a Custom Offer.
Can you inspect heavy machinery or big warehouse goods?
No. I strictly handle lightweight, small samples (clothing, electronics, accessories) and visual QA via video/photo reports. I do not lift heavy objects or do heavy industrial testing. This ensures I can deliver high-quality, precise digital assets for you.
Can you buy the product on 1688/Taobao on my behalf?
Yes. If you cannot pay Chinese suppliers, I can buy the samples for you. You will pay me the product cost plus a small handling fee in USD through a Fiverr Custom Offer, and I will pay the factory in Chinese Yuan (RMB) immediately. 100% transparent and safe.
