Architected and developed a unified mCRM (Mobile Customer Relationship Management) ecosystem, consisting of a cross-platform mobile application for users and a robust web-based CRM for administrative management. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables: Unified CRM Infrastructure: Designed and engineered a custom Web CRM from scratch to centralize user management, monitor real-time interactions, and streamline data workflows between the mobile app and the backend. Mobile mCRM Development: Developed a high-performance mobile application using React Native and TypeScript, allowing for seamless user engagement and real-time data synchronization with the central CRM. Backend & Database Design: Architected a scalable Node.js REST API and a MySQL database schema optimized for complex relational data, ensuring high availability and data integrity. Security & Access Control: Implemented advanced security layers, including JWT authentication and strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to protect sensitive client information within the CRM. Automation & Localization: Integrated automated workflows for data tracking and a multi-language system (i18next) to support a diverse, international user base.
