Yes, but not immediately. I'll create your website on my development server, and once the website is ready, I will transfer it to your account. This will save you a monthly bill.
Do I need to buy the theme?
It's entirely up to you, but I do offer some premium themes. With two years of experience, I have access to several high-quality themes we can start with.
Why should I choose you over others?

What do you need from me to get started?
