Q: What format will the test cases and bug reports be delivered in?
You'll get a structured document (spreadsheet or written report of your choice) with test case IDs, steps, expected vs. actual results, and severity ratings. I can also deliver directly into GitHub Issues, Jira, or another tracker if you prefer.
Q: Do you need access to my application before we start?
Yes, please share login credentials (if required), the URL/build, and any existing documentation (requirements, user flows, or known issues) so testing is accurate and scoped correctly.
Q: What if you find more bugs than expected, or the app is more complex than scoped?
Retesting isn't included by default, but I'm happy to quote a follow-up round once fixes are in many clients book this as a separate order.
Do you test both websites and mobile applications?
Yes. I can create test cases and perform QA testing for web and mobile applications. Please share your platform, scope, and testing requirements before ordering so I can confirm the appropriate package.
