I will model 10 characters in 3d low poly like ps1

I'm going to model 5 characters and texture them. If you want I can rig them through mixamo with the animations you need or you can directly animate it however you want, if you need I will give it to you already rigged with the mixamo rig or without it. About the textures, as I already said, it can be to your liking, or I'll add the textures, or you'll add them, or I'll add them with the texture you need. Finally, if you want or not, I will give you the models already divided into parts so that you (or I for an extra) can model clothes for you.
