I will clean, deduplicate and standardize your messy CSV or excel data
Data cleanup e nocode automation
About this Gig
Messy spreadsheets slow you down: duplicate rows, mixed date formats, broken columns, inconsistent names, stray spaces. I will clean your CSV, XLSX or Google Sheets file and return a tidy version plus a short change log, so you can see exactly what was changed. What I do: I remove exact and near-duplicate rows (rules agreed with you). I standardize dates, numbers, currencies and capitalization. I split or merge columns and fix encoding problems (accents, special characters). I check a sample of the result manually before delivery. What I do NOT do: I do not handle files with sensitive personal data (health, ID numbers, payment cards). Please remove or anonymize it before ordering. Note: this is a data cleaning service. It does not include macros, buttons or forms, even though Fiverr's package fields show a minimum of 1. How I work: I use scripts and AI-assisted tools and review every delivery myself. I use your files only to complete your order and delete them after delivery. Please send the file (or a 20-row sample if it is large) and tell me the rules: which columns matter and what counts as a duplicate.

FAQ
Which file formats do you accept?
CSV, XLSX and Google Sheets. TSV on request.
Do you use AI?
Yes, I use scripts and AI-assisted tools, and I review every delivery myself. Tell me before ordering if you prefer that no AI tools are used on your file.
Can you clean lists with personal data like emails or names?
No. I only work with non-personal or already anonymized data.
Can you handle bigger files?
Yes. Send me a message before ordering and I will make you a custom offer.
Do you include macros, buttons or forms?
No. This is a data cleaning service only. I do not create macros, buttons or forms.
Can you guarantee 100% accuracy?
I check a sample of the result and give you a change log. If some data is ambiguous, I flag it instead of guessing.
