About this gig
Most stores are not short on tools. They are short on the wiring between them, so someone on your team still starts the day copying numbers between tabs.
I build reliable ecommerce automation workflows with n8n, using your Shopify store as the source of truth. I connect Shopify, APIs, webhooks, and your existing business tools to automate repetitive operations.
Systems I build most often:
- Shopify order, fulfillment, supplier, and tracking workflows
- Inventory, low-stock, refund, and failed-payment alerts
- Daily ecommerce reports for orders, refunds, and ad spend
- Abandoned cart and post-purchase automation sequences
- Product data syncing, cleaning, and enrichment
- Customer support, CRM, and notification handoffs
Every n8n workflow includes the safeguards that keep it alive in production: duplicate protection on webhook triggers, retries with backoff, failure alerts, a replayable queue of failed runs, structured logs, and AI spend controls.
You receive the live automation, a walkthrough recording, and a runbook your team can follow without me in the room.
Let's map this out together. Inbox me to set up a brief call to review your stack and target process before you order.

FAQ
How is this different from the automation my agency already set up in Zapier?
Usually two things: nothing tells you when it fails, and nothing stops a repeated event from being processed twice. I build the alerting and the duplicate protection as standard, and on a Shopify store those two gaps are what cause double charges, oversells and duplicate shipping labels.
Who pays for n8n hosting and AI usage?
You do, and you should, because it means you own the system. n8n can run on a small VPS or on n8n cloud. I size the AI usage during scoping and put a hard spend cap in the workflow so a bad loop cannot run up a bill.
Will I be able to change it after you leave?
That is the point of the runbook and the diagram. On Standard and Premium I also record a walkthrough of every branch. If you would rather I keep making changes, the monitoring extra covers that.
Do you need admin access to my store?
I need a custom app or staff account with only the scopes the build requires, and I will tell you exactly which ones and why. I do not ask for owner-level access.
How do you scope the price when every store is different?
From volume and process, not node count. Monthly order volume, the number of systems involved, and how many exceptions your process has. That is what the pre-order conversation is for.
