I don't have a vector logo (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF).
Sure, I can vectorize your image file for an additional charge. The price will depend on the logo's complexity.
What file formats do you provide?
I provide MOV and MP4 files. MOV is a lossless file and can contain an alpha channel (information about transparency) and is the best fit to use in video editing software to keep quality. MP4 doesn't support transparency but has a small size and good fit for previewing or publishing on socials.
Can you deliver in other or specific formats?
Sure, I can deliver in any format or with the settings you need.
Can you provide animation without background (with transparency)?
Sure, I send a MOV file or image sequence (any image format that's supported transparency). In the case of MOV files, you don't need to point frame rate in video editing software, because this is already contained in the file metadata.
Can I get source files?
Yeah, I can send source files without an extra charge!
Can you make with higher resolution (4K, 8K)?
Yes, I can. But it has an additional cost, depending on the complexity of the animation.
