I will transform your architectural vision into a soul stirring visual story
Javier Eguia
About this gig
I firmly believe that architectural visualization should be honest yet aspirational. Its not just about textures; its about how the afternoon sun hits a wall or how a material invites you to touch it.
By working with me, you get:
- Visual Storytelling: Every image tells a story. Is it a warm home for a family or a vibrant, productive office space? We design the atmosphere so the end client can see themselves in it.
- Coherent Realism: I avoid "plastic-looking" renders. I seek natural imperfections and physically-based lighting to ensure your work looks professional, grounded, and buildable.
- Focus on Potential: I analyze your design to highlight its best angles, materiality, and spatial flow, making sure every architectural detail shines.
In a market saturated with generic images, I offer distinction and reliability. My work is designed for architects, developers, and interior designers who need their presentations to close deals and elevate their professional brand.
Let's connect before you hit the order button! Id love to hear more about your project and goals first, to make sure were on the same page and can achieve the ideal result together.

Architect and ArchViz Strategist. Having worked in specialised ArchViz firms, I am familiar with the practical workflows, deadlines and requirements of architecture studios and developers. Rather than selling single renders, I partner with architects, developers and interior designers to define and deliver complete, strategic visual packages tailored to your project goals. I can help you determine the exact number of renders required, the key angles to focus on, and whether a video would provide a true return on investment. Send me a message with your project files to get started!

FAQ
What do I need to provide to get started?
To capture the full potential of your space, I ideally need your 3D model (SKP, FBX, OBJ, or RVT). If you don't have one, I can work with 2D plans, elevations, and sketches. Additionally, any reference images or a brief description of the "mood" (e.g., cozy, corporate, minimalist)
Can you help me define the "feeling" or style of the render if I’m not sure?
Absolutely. As part of my process, I analyze your design’s architectural strengths. I can suggest lighting scenarios (e.g., "Golden Hour" to emphasize warmth) and material palettes that will make the space feel alive and premium.
Do you provide the source files?
You will receive high-resolution images and the 3D model. However, individual furniture assets, textures, and lighting files are not included due to licensing and intellectual property restrictions.
Can you handle large-scale projects or multiple views?
Yes. For large developments or full interior sets, please message me first. I can create a Custom Offer with a timeline and pricing that reflects the complexity and ensures a cohesive visual narrative across all images.
