Can you fix referrals that aren't being tracked?
Yes, this is one of my most common jobs. Missing referrals are usually caused by caching, cookie settings, a checkout or integration conflict, or a redirect removing the referral link. I find the cause, fix it, and confirm the fix with live test referrals.
Does your customization work with future updates?
Absolutely, I never work in the core files. I create a separate custom plugin for the modifications so that future updates won't wipe out the modifications.
Do you also offer support for your custom built plugin?
Sure, I offer support till 7 days. This support period can be extended or I can also work as your website Resident Expert. Get in touch to discuss details.
Do I need to buy AffiliateWP or its add-ons myself?
Yes. Please buy AffiliateWP and any add-ons from the official site in your own name. You get updates and support directly, and the license stays yours. I can tell you which add-ons you actually need before you buy.
Will this work with my caching or security plugin?
Yes. AffiliateWP works with popular caching, CDN and security plugins, but some need the right settings, such as excluding referral cookies or certain pages from the cache. I check your setup and adjust it so tracking stays accurate.
Can you move my affiliates over from another plugin?
Yes. I can move affiliates, and where possible their referral history, from other affiliate plugins or a spreadsheet into AffiliateWP. Tell me which plugin you use now and I'll confirm what can be moved before you order.
What if my request doesn't fit any package?
No problem. Message me with details of what you need and I'll send you a custom offer with a fixed price and delivery time. Most custom features and larger integrations are quoted this way.
