I don't know exactly what I need — can you help?
Yes. Describe the problem and I'll tell you what to build — and whether AI is even the right fix. Scoping is free.
Will the AI make things up?
My agents answer only from your approved documents and cite the source (RAG). When they don't know, they say so or hand off to a human. Premium includes an eval suite proving accuracy on a test set.
Which AI model do you use?
Whichever fits the task and budget — Claude, GPT, or open-source. Accounts and API keys go in your name, so you own the system and the costs stay transparent.
Who owns the code?
You do. Full source, deployed, with documentation and a walkthrough video. No lock-in to me.
What do you need from me to start?
Your content (help articles, FAQs, product docs) and access to the tools you want connected. I send a short checklist after you order.
Can you connect it to my existing tools?
Yes — CRM (HubSpot etc.), email, Slack, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Stripe, calendars, and most anything with an API.
What if it breaks later?
Every package includes a free bug-fix window: 2 days (Basic), 4 (Standard), 7 (Premium) - bug fixes only, not new features. After that, fixes run through my maintenance plan: $240/mo for monitoring, up to 8 hours of debugging a month (one issue at a time), tuning, and content updates.
What will it cost to run each month?
The system runs on your accounts - AI API keys and hosting in your name, so costs stay transparent and you own everything. Typical running costs are $20-100/mo depending on traffic. I estimate yours during scoping and set spending caps
