• Introductory Call (Covering client's industry, understanding goals & expectations of the client)
• Introduction to QBO (Benefits of cloud based Accounting system, interface & Navigating QBO)
• Chart of Account (Bank accounts, revenue, direct cost, overhead, other expenses, Assets & liabilities)
• Customers & Sales (customers, Creating invoice, receive payments, creating estimates, credit & cash refunds, Delayed charges, credit memo)
• Suppliers & Expenses (suppliers, create bills & expenses, setting up recurring expenses, supplier credit, credit card credit, refunds & cheques)
• Banking in QBO (Online & Manual banking setup, transactions import & processing transactions, matching with bills & invoices)
• Reports
