How do I get started?
Before you place an order, I'll need the script that you want to use, a contact list, and some information about your company. It is important for you to tell me why a customer would choose you over your competitors.
What is considered a call?
One call attempt - no answer does count. I always leave a voicemail.
Is there a best time to make cold calls?
There can be many answers to this question. The general rule is between 4 pm-5 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Between 10-12 pm on those same days. However, I've been able to contact people at all times.
Can you record the phone calls? Provide a sample?
The state laws about recording phone calls vary. At this time, I do not record calls.
