Neo delivered a really solid final thumbnail and was very open to feedback throughout the process. He made multiple revisions until we reached a result I was happy with, and the final artwork looks great. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 5 is that we had agreed to work with rough sketch...

I won't lie, This is far from their best work for me, however this is like the first one out of a ton, it's still not bad by any means just not quite what i had imagined. I will still continue using their serviced and i have no doubt they will go back to being as good as usual next time

I enjoyed working with neo. But there was one problem. The first image i received seemed very ai generated. I asked for revisions and then we started working with rough sketches. Where hopefully no ai was used to create my end result image. Neo does make sure u like the picture which is nice. Just really hoping its not ai generated.
