Which platforms can you customise?
I can assess existing Shopify, Webflow, Wix Studio, Framer and custom React pages for a suitable 3D integration. The approach depends on your platform, plan and access permissions. Each order covers one platform and one agreed page. Share the page link so I can confirm what your setup supports.
Do I need to provide a 3D model?
Yes. These packages use a supplied, licensed 3D model or ready-made Spline scene. GLB, glTF or scene links may be suitable, depending on your setup. Modelling a product from photos, repairing complex geometry and creating textures require a separate quote after I review the files you provide.
Can you add colour selection to my product viewer?
Yes, where your model and chosen integration support it. Standard includes up to three colour options for one product. This changes the visual display only. Linking colours to Shopify variants, stock, pricing or checkout requires separate assessment. Share your model and colour references first.
Will the interactive viewer work on mobile?
I check the agreed viewer container and controls on desktop, tablet and mobile layouts. Results depend on the model's complexity, textures and device capabilities. A lighter model or static fallback may be needed. I will discuss the approach before starting and confirm the mobile behaviour included.
Will this connect to Shopify variants or checkout?
The listed packages cover a visual product viewer. They do not automatically connect selections to Shopify variants, prices, inventory or checkout. Those connections need a separate assessment and quote. Send your theme name, product link and selection rules so I can review what is required.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers changes within the agreed integration, such as container spacing, approved colours, hotspot copy or control placement. New models, additional products, extra features and a different interaction concept are additional work. Please send one feedback list per revision round.
What do you need before starting?
Please provide the existing page link, platform, collaborator access, licensed model or Spline scene, brand assets and controls. For colour options or hotspots, include the colour references and text. I will review these materials to confirm compatibility, scope and any paid resources required.
