Jan 2018 - Oct 2026 • 8 yrs 9 mos

Led mobile development at a full-cycle app agency: architecture decisions, code standards and release processes across Flutter, native iOS and native Android. Shipped client apps and an in-house portfolio of subscription products to the App Store and Google Play, owning everything from technical scoping through store submission and post-launch support. Built and managed the engineering and QA side of the team, hiring developers, reviewing code and keeping delivery predictable for clients in the US, UK and EU.
